Contains potato flour and corn starch (among other gluten free ingredients)

Shelf Life: freshly baked - can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months

For best taste, slice your bread and store it in the freezer in ziplock bags. To serve, remove from freezer and toast until golden & soft.
