These are cinnamon rolls how we enjoy them in Germany. Very different from the American version, German Cinnamon Swirls are made with croissant or danish dough and are light and flaky.

Ingredients:
Gluten free flour, milk, eggs, butter, yeast, sugar.

Gluten Free, Wheat Free

Shelf Life: freshly baked - can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months

For best taste, store your croissants in the freezer in ziplock bags. To serve, remove from freezer and heat in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees until warm & crunchy.
