Pain au Chocolate (Chocolate Croissants) used to be my favorite breakfast treat before going gluten free many years ago. Now these have quickly become a family favorite!

Ingredients:
Gluten free flour, milk, eggs, butter, yeast, sugar.

Gluten Free, Wheat Free

Shelf Life: freshly baked - can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months

For best taste, store your pain au chocolate in the freezer in ziplock bags. To serve, remove from freezer and heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees until warm & crunchy.
