If you have ever been to Vienna in Austria, you must have heard of the World's most famous chocolate cake, the Sacher cake or "Sachertorte". The original recipe was developed in 1832 and today we have created the first gluten free version.

Two light layers of chocolate cake, filled with fresh apricot jam and topped with a velvety chocolate ganache. Enjoy it just on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream. Just amazing!
