Our new, rustic, whole grain pizza bases are made with healthy teff and organic wild millet flour. Whole Grain Teff, an ancient North African cereal grass, is a nutritional powerhouse. Compared to other grains, it has a much larger percentage of bran and germ so it's a very good source of dietary fiber, protein, iron, amino acids, vitamin C and calcium. The calcium content in teff significantly surpasses that of all other grains. Just add your favorite toppings, bake it at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes and voila you have a freshly baked, delicious pizza. Stores well in the freezer for up to 2 months.

For best taste store it in the freezer in ziplock bags. To serve, remove from freezer, add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes.
