Contains eggs, potato flour, dairy (milk) and soy (among other gluten free ingredients)

Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Yeast Free

Shelf Life: freshly baked - can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months

For best taste, store your croissants in the freezer in ziplock bags. To serve, remove from freezer and heat in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees until warm & crunchy.
