Open since January 2012 the GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae has offered dozens of delicious 100% gluten free products to our online customers. Almost all orders are shipped out on the next business day to ensure a speedy & convenient delivery.
The team from Taste Life, the company behind www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae tests every single product before it is added to our online supermarket to make sure we are only offering you the very best gluten free products the World has to offer.
We are truly a “one-stop shop” for special dietary food products because you can choose from lots of different brands and products and have your order conveniently delivered to your home / office.

Are all products 100% gluten free?
Yes, all products sold on our website are 100% gluten free according to standards set by the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. We are not offering any products, which are produced in a facility that also processes gluten containing food items.
Is there a risk of cross-contamination with the food you are selling?
No, all the food that is sold on our website is manufacturered in 100% gluten free facilities and undergoes regular testing for gluten traces. In addition our storage facility is also 100% gluten free, so there is no risk of cross contamination, like you would find in supermarkets or mixed bakeries.
Who needs to be on a gluten free diet?
People who are diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance should be on a 100% gluten-free diet. People with wheat allergy, autism or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD, ADHD) may also want to consider a gluten-free diet.
What is Celiac disease?
Celiac disease is a genetic disorder that affects more and more people everyday. Symptoms of celiac disease can range from the classic features, such as diarrhea, weight loss / weight gain, and malnutrition, migraines, skin rashes, back pain to latent symptoms such as isolated nutrient deficiencies but no gastrointestinal symptoms. Those affected suffer damage to the villi (shortening and villous flattening) in the lamina propria and crypt regions of their intestines when they eat specific food-grain antigens (toxic amino acid sequences) that are found in wheat, rye, and barley. How will my order be send to me?
Almost all orders are shipped to you the next business day by courier or our company driver. Delivery is usually done within 2 business days of placing your order online (for Dubai, Sharjah & Ayman). Abu Dhabi deliveres are done every Tuesday.
International orders are also shipped the following business day and usually take 3-4 days for delivery depending on the destination.
Do I need to create an account in order to shop at GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae?
Yes, you will be asked to create an account to help us process your order. We require your address, email and contact number to successfully process and deliver your order. Your information is only used to process & deliver your order, as we as for any customer service questions. We do not share your personal information with any third party.
In addition, an account will enable you to shop much easier and faster during future orders.
Can I get a printed catalogue of your products?
You can find our entire, up-to-date product range right here on GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae. Since we update our product selection on a regular basis we do not print any catalogues.
What do I do when I forget my password?

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to your order when you go through the checkout process. You will have the chance to review your entire order (including shipping charges) before you submit your order. The shipping charge depends on the following things:
1.) Location
2.) How much your order weighs
We have a fixed shipping rate for deliveries within the Dubai, Ayman and Sharjah of 30.00 dhs and a rate of 45.00 dhs for deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujairah (excluding remote areas). Should there be any change in your shipping rate, we will contact you before we dispatch your order. You can also save the delivery charge by picking up your order from our office in Business Bay (Dubai).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do :-) Your shipping cost will depend on your location and the total weight of your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently offer 4 different payment methods:
1.) Cash on delivery (for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates)
2.) Credit Card Payment, through the secure servers from 2checkout.com – this payment method is available for all order
3.) Bank Transfer (for International Orders)
4.) Western Union (for International Orders)
Is it safe to pay for my order by credit card?
Yes, it is safe. All credit card payments are processed through the secure servers of 2checkout.com, a worldwide recognized payment gateway.
Will my personal information remain confidential?
Yes, Taste Life (Wide Land General Trading LLC) will not share or sell your personal information to any third party
How do I return a product?
For the safety of all GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales on www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae are final.
GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae only accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons:
1.) If the item was damaged during shipment
2.) If the item’s expiration date lapsed by the time it was received
3.) If the item was spoiled or otherwise defective
Ingredients for all foods sold at www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae are posted on each product’s page and it is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand them and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet.
Can I collect my order to save delivery cost?
Yes, you can. Orders can be collected from our office in Business Bay (Dubai, UAE). Please note that collections are by appointment only and during work hours. Please call our office 00971 50 22 59 233 to schedule a pick up time
