Taste Life (Wide Land General Trading LLC) provides their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you choose to visit our website and purchase our product(s) at www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae you accept the terms & conditions stated below. Please read them carefully.
DEFINITIONS
“Buyer” or “You”: Means the person that has decided to purchase any of the products from www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae
“Supplier”, “Seller”, “We” or “Us”: Means Taste Life (Wide Land General Trading LLC)
“Goods” or “Products”: Means the Goods sold on the official website of Taste Life (www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae)
“Order”: Means the Order placed on our website in order to purchase any of the products offered by Supplier.
“Price”: Means the Price listed on our website for each of our products, applicable at the date of the Order or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Supplier and the Buyer.
“Copyright. Taste Life”: Means all copyrights and design rights for the Goods and all packaging, marketing and all other materials are the property of the Supplier.
SECTION 1: PRICES
1.1 We reserve the right to change the prices on our website of our products at any time. Should the buyer have already paid for his / her products and has a valid invoice / receipt, the prices cannot be changed.
1.2 We will conduct regular reviews of our prices in order to keep our services and products up to date and in order to reflect any industry changes (increases / decreases in price).
1.3 The price for each product is excluding shipping. The shipping cost will be added at the time of check out and will be calculated at a Flat Rate of 29.00 dhs per shipment (up to 5 kg) for deliveries within the United Arab Emirates (excluding remote locations). International shipping cost depend on the weight of the total order and the selected destination.
SECTION 2: PAYMENT
As general methods of payment, we are happy to accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) and COD (cash on delivery). Please select your preferred method of payment upon check out. However, all international orders placed by the Buyer on our website will have to be paid by credit card upon check out or wire bank transfer. Full payment must be taken at the time of the order, in advance of dispatch of the Products.
SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY
Since all items sold in our online store are perishable food items, they are excluded from exchange or refund.
SECTION 4: AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1 All orders are processed according to the date they are received by the Supplier. We aim to process & deliver all orders within 2 working days.
4.2 While we aim to hold all items in stock, sometimes due to seasonal or unforeseen demand stocks may be depleted. We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible.
4.3 It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with an accurate delivery address. Should there be any delays due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot be held liable for a delay in the delivery.
4.4 Any Shipping fees will be shown and charged online at the time of the order. Should there be any changes in the delivery charge, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
4.5 The delivery date is approximate only and the Supplier shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery howsoever caused. The Supplier reserves the right to deliver the Goods in advance of the delivery date.
SECTION 5: CHANGES IN YOUR ORDER
Should you wish to make any changes to your order, you need to do so in writing and within 24 hours of placing your original order. Revisions that we receive after 24 hours will be processed as a new order and will be billed & send separately.
SECTION 6: DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCTS
6.1 Should any of your products be damaged during the delivery time, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your products, so we can exchange the damaged item. We aim to package all our products very well in order to reduce the risk of damage during transport. All returned products need to be in their original packaging / unopened.
6.2 If the customer does not notify the seller within the timeframe provided in 6.1. no exchange will be accepted. The customer shall than be bound to pay the full amount of the products ordered.
SECTION 7: FORCE MAJEURE
Taste Life (Wide Land General Trading) has to reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order / delivery, without being liable for any loss or damage, in case of Force Majeure. Force Majeure can be any outside influence that is beyond our control, for example, but not limited to: war, civil strife, riots, adverse weather, fire, flood, labour disputes, accidents or any other events beyond our control.
SECTION 8: YOUR ACCOUNT
When placing an order on www.GlutenFree-Supermarket.ae, you will be required to create a username and password, which will make your shopping experience more convenient and safe. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep his / her username and password in a safe and secure place. Taste Life (Wide Land General Trading LLC) guarantees that we will not share your information with any third party.

By using our website / purchasing any of our products the customer will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions. Please be so kind to check our Terms & Conditions regularly for any changes and updates.
SECTION 11: ACCURACY OF THE WEBSITE
We have put in a lot of effort into creating the Taste Life Website and its content, especially to ensure that all prices and product descriptions are accurate and up to date. Should there be any mistakes / errors on our website, in its content, the product descriptions, colors, or prices that we are unaware off, we need to reserve the right to refuse any orders which are affected by these errors. We will try our best to correct any mistakes as soon as possible and keep our website up to date at all times.
We have made every effort to display all products and its ingredients in an accurate way. However, since colors might change according to the monitor you are using to view our website, we cannot be held liable for slight variations in color that you might experience upon receiving the goods.
